The show is being held at the Knavesmire Stand of York Racecourse.

The racecourse is well signposted on roads for some distance from York

This sketch shows the location of the racecourse within the City of York.

The 'outer circle' is the York Ring Road (A 64 and A 1237)
The 'inner circle' is mainly the road which follows the City Walls.
The best way to the show is into York by the Tadcaster Road (A 1036)
and right at Knavesmire Gates (at foot of hill and start of Bus Lane)

If using this route from the A64, do not bear right at the
lights after the Total Filling Station where a brown sign maked 'Racecourse' will take you to Bishopthorpe -
ignore this!! - bear left instead (past Tesco)

For other routes, follow the City Walls to Micklegate Bar/Blossom Street, head for Leeds, take The Mount, (down the hill) and left onto Knavesmire Gates. Then follow Kavesmire Road to where the brown sign points to 'Racecourse'. Straight on at that point (in effect turning right off the main road)

The yellow road marked 'Knavesmire Road' leads from Tadcaster Road and The Mount

Where the road bends left, with care, go straight on.

Free car parking on the road outside the Racecourse.

If you have taken the scenic route through
Bishopthorpe, turn left into Campleshon Road
and left again into Racecourse Road
